BORE COMMANDER

BORE COMMANDER Is a polymer used to stabilize clay and shale formations. It can be used in fresh or brackish waters and mixes easily while requiring minimum shear to achieve full effectiveness. Under specific drilling fluid system conditions, very low concentrations of BORE COMMANDER can extend the viscosity of the fluid mix.

CLAY FORCE

CLAY FORCE Is a liquid clay and shale inhibitor aimed at HDD, water well, and mining applications. CLAY FORCE will reduce bit balling, clay accumulation, and sticking problems experienced when drilling in reactive clay soils. CLAY FORCE can be used with bentonite and non-bentonite based systems and is non-hazardous.

POLY PLUS RD

POLY PLUS RD is a READILY DISPERSIBLE polymer designed to provide cuttings encapsulation and shale stabilization. It is formulated for easy mixing and acts as a viscosifier, friction reducer, and flocculant. It also provides some fluid-loss control.

Poly Plus 2000

POLY PLUS 2000

POLY PLUS 2000 is a multi-functional synthetic copolymer that has excellent freeze/thaw stability and is not subject to phase separation or premature activation inside the pail.  POLY PLUS 2000 provides the same benefits as regular POLY PLUS but at lower concentrations.

POLY PLUS LV

POLY PLUS LV is a low-molecular-weight polymer designed to provide cuttings encapsulation and clay-dispersion inhibition. Being a low-molecular-weight polymer, it can pass through fine shaker screens without blinding. It is designed to provide minimal viscosity contributions and can enhance filtration properties.

POLY PLUS EHV is an acrylic copolymer that has extremely high-molecular-weight, high-charge dry granular powder. POLY-PLUS EHV produces very high viscosity solutions at low dosage rates. It has excellent handling characteristics, mixes easily, and dissolves quickly when added to water-base fluid systems.

Ringfree

RINGFREE

RINGFREE is a highly efficient, thermally stable thinner and surface-active agent that removed clay from the drill string and tooling. It is environmentally acceptable and contains no heavy metals. Because it dissolves rapidly, RINGFREE additive immediately affects the rheology of most drilling fluids.

Viscosifiers

SANDFORCE

SANDFORCE Is a viscosifier designed to be used in the HDD, water well, and mining applications. As a rapidly hydrating polymer, SANDFORCE, it is a functional and economical alternative to xanthan gum. When used with untreated bentonite and TROL FORCE, SANDFORCE produces a superior funnel viscosity when compared with a xanthan formulation. Unlike xanthan, SANDFORCE, contributes to fluid loss.

DRILL PLEX HDD

DRILL PLEX HDD is a viscosifier that enables the formulation of fluids with exceptional shear-thinning properties, resulting in a drilling fluid with both excellent dynamic and static carrying capacity for solids.  This is indicated by the high-yield point and low-plastic-viscosity readings.  When not circulating, the mud instantly reverts to a gelled stated and results in high suspending capacity indicated by high, non-progressive gel strength readings.

POLY FORCE EHV is an extremely high‐molecular‐weight, high‐charge, polyacrylamide supplied as a dry granular powder. POLY Force EHV acrylic copolymer produces very high viscosity solutions at low dosage rates, particularly in freshwater. It has excellent handling characteristics, mixes easily, and dissolves quickly when added to water‐base fluid systems.

POLY FORCE 2000

POLY FORCE 2000 is a multi‐functional synthetic copolymer developed for use in freshwater‐, potassium‐ and saltwater‐base drilling fluids. POLY Force 2000 water‐free dispersion has excellent freeze/thaw stability and is not subject to phase separation or premature activation inside the pail or drum. POLY‐PLUS 2000 copolymer provides the same benefits as regular POLY FORCE polymer, but at lower concentration

POLY FORCE RD

POLY FORCE RD is a readily dispersible product designed to provide cuttings encapsulation and shale stabilization. It is formulated for easy mixing with improved dispersion to eliminate “fish eyes.” This is beneficial when rapidly mixing either large quantities or high concentrations of polymer where good mixing equipment is unavailable. POLY Force RD acrylic copolymer acts as a viscosifier, friction reducer, and flocculant. It also provides some fluid‐loss control. POLY Force RD acrylic copolymer is a specially treated, high‐molecular‐weight additive. It can be used in mud systems ranging from low solids to weighted muds, using makeup waters from freshwater to saltwater.

Being a low-molecular-weight polymer, it can pass through fine shaker screens without blinding. It is designed to provide minimal viscosity contributions and can enhance filtration properties.

Platinum Pac

PLATINUM PAC

PLATINUM PAC is a cellulosic filtration control polymer is a readily dispersible water-soluble polymer. This filtration control polymer is applicable in all water-based muds, ranging from low-solids non-dispersed polymer systems to high-density dispersed systems. PLATINUM PAC is used as a filtrate reducer and borehole stabilizer in water-based drilling applications.

PLATINUM PAC UL

Because it is an ultralow (UL) additive, PLATINUM PAC UL causes minimal increase in viscosity in water-based muds.  PLATINUM-PAC UL low viscosity cellulosic filtration control polymer is readily dispersible in a wide range of water-based mud systems.  This polymer controls fluid loss in fresh water, sweater, KCL, and salt muds.  It forms a thin, resilient, low permeability filter cake that minimizes the potential for differential sticking and the invasion of filtrate and mud solids into the permeable formations.  

TROL FORCE

TROL FORCE is an anionic fluid loss control agent aimed at HDD, water well, and mining applications. TROL FORCE can replace traditional PAC’s for filtration control. In combination with bentonite or other bridging solids, TROL FORCE produces a thin, resilient filter cake which minimizes differential sticking potential. TROL FORCE also provides excellent carrying capacity for cuttings and hole cleaning.

SEAL FORCE

Seal FORCE super absorbents are cross-linked, insoluble, organic, acrylamide copolymers designed to swell in the presence of water to plug up pores and fractures causing Inadvertent returns. Seal FORCE polymers are capable of absorbing between 50 ~ 350 times their own weight of water while remaining as separate individual particles. The absorption of water causes the particles to swell to a volume much greater than their original size. Once absorbed, the water is tightly bound and will not be released unless subjected to very high pressure, heat or certain chemicals.

MAGMA FIBER

MAGMA FIBER is a specially formulated extrusion of spun mineral fibre. The long, flexible fibres will reduce seepage and lost circulation by bridging and plugging off voids, fractures and all types of permeable formation.

pH Control

SODA ASH

SODA ASH is a free flowing powder also known as sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) used in a fluid system to precipitate calcium (hardness) and increase alkalinity (pH).

Bentonite

MAX GEL

MAX GEL is a premium 220-bbl yield Wyoming bentonite blended with special extenders. Applications for MAX GEL include rapidly building mud viscosity and providing superior hole cleaning as well as helping to control lost circulation, formation sloughing, and hole instability in unconsolidated formations. MAX GEL is capable of yielding more than twice as much viscosity as regular Wyoming bentonite and is usable for all HDD, water well, and mining applications.

MAX BORE

MAX BORE is a proprietary, blended, high-yielding bentonite supplied as a single-sack product used especially in boring fluid applications. The MAX BORE HDD system provides suspension, wellbore stability and filtration control. The system also helps reduce torque and drag for water-base applications and is designed to minimize environmental impact.
