BORE FORCE

Bore FORCE is an aqueous emulsion of anionic polyacrylamide/polyacrylate copolymer used to stabilize clay and shale formations and as a viscosifier. It can be used in fresh or brackish waters and mixes easily while requiring minimum shear to achieve full effectiveness. Liquid PHPA is used as a shale inhibitor and solids-encapsulating polymer in freshwater, seawater, NaCl and KCI drilling fluid systems. Under specific drilling fluid system conditions, very low concentrations of PHPA can extend the viscosity of bentonite

CETCO HERCUL-EZ

HERCUL-EZ is a proprietary additive that is used in conjunction with bentonite based drilling muds. With proper formulation, the system will produce a unique drilling fluid with excellent shear thinning characteristics. At low shear or at rest, the fluid will gel and allow for suspension of large cuttings, yet thins immediately under pumping conditions.

SEAL FORCE

Seal FORCE super absorbents are cross-linked, insoluble, organic, acrylamide copolymers designed to swell in the presence of water to plug up pores and fractures causing Inadvertent returns. Seal FORCE polymers are capable of absorbing between 50 ~ 350 times their own weight of water while remaining as separate individual particles. The absorption of water causes the particles to swell to a volume much greater than their original size. Once absorbed, the water is tightly bound and will not be released unless subjected to very high pressure, heat or certain chemicals.

MAGMA FIBER

MAGMA FIBER is a specially formulated extrusion of spun mineral fibre. The long, flexible fibres will reduce seepage and lost circulation by bridging and plugging off voids, fractures and all types of permeable formation.

SODA ASH is a free flowing powder also known as sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) used in a fluid system to precipitate calcium (hardness) and increase alkalinity (pH).

HydroGel Plus

HYDROGEL® PLUS is a High Performance Bentonite with a unique formula making it a very effective viscosifier. This premium grade beneficiated Wyoming Bentonite is specifically designed for use with mud recycling systems on large HDD Bores.
