BORE FORCE

Bore FORCE is an aqueous emulsion of anionic polyacrylamide/polyacrylate copolymer used to stabilize clay and shale formations and as a viscosifier. It can be used in fresh or brackish waters and mixes easily while requiring minimum shear to achieve full effectiveness. Liquid PHPA is used as a shale inhibitor and solids-encapsulating polymer in freshwater, seawater, NaCl and KCI drilling fluid systems. Under specific drilling fluid system conditions, very low concentrations of PHPA can extend the viscosity of bentonite

AMC 117™ provides superior shale and clay inhibition in polymer based drilling fluids. AMC 117™ reduces the potential for bit balling, torque and drag as well as other clay and shale related issues. All this is delivered by a product that is more environmentally acceptable than the inhibitor typically used, Potassium Chloride

AMC CLAY DOCTOR

AMC CLAY DOCTOR R™ is an encapsulating polymer that stabilizes clays and shales without substantially increasing viscosity. It provides excellent cuttings encapsulation and prevents cuttings from sticking together or dispersing into the mud system.

AMC CR-650

AMC CR 650™ is a high molecular weight, powdered polymer which has been developed to improve cuttings encapsulation as well as helping to stabilise the formation. AMC CR 650™ forms a protective polymer film on the drill pipe and bit as well as on the walls of the bore hole which helps to provide lubrication when drilling in troublesome formations. It is ideally suited for use in horizontal directional drilling, water well, mining and tunnelling applications.

AMC LIQUI POL

AMC LIQUI POL™ is a rapid yielding, high molecular weight polymer in liquid form that provides viscosity without the problems associated with mixing powdered polymers. AMC LIQUI POL™ will help improve core recovery, particularly in clays and shales and highly fractured formations. It provides cuttings encapsulation as well as helping to stabilise the formation.

AMC DET XTRA

AMC DET XTRA™ is a concentrated blend of surfactants which are highly effective at coating metal surfaces. AMC DET XTRA™ is designed to reduce the surface tension in water based fluids and reduce the tendency of clays to stick to metal surfaces including the drill string.

AMC LIQUI SPERSE

AMC LIQUI SPERSE™ is a polymeric thinner designed to effectively deflocculate bentonite muds and control rheological properties. It is a water soluble, easily dispersed liquid and requires only small concentrations to provide effective thinning results. AMC LIQUI SPERSE™ can be added to thin and stabilize bentonite muds prior to the addition of other additives such as AMC PAC L™ filtration reducing agent.

CETCO HERCUL-EZ

HERCUL-EZ is a proprietary additive that is used in conjunction with bentonite based drilling muds. With proper formulation, the system will produce a unique drilling fluid with excellent shear thinning characteristics. At low shear or at rest, the fluid will gel and allow for suspension of large cuttings, yet thins immediately under pumping conditions.

AMC EZEE PAC L

AMC EZEE PAC L™ is a new generation, highly dispersive low viscosity polyanionic cellulose polymer used for improving filtration control in most water based drilling fluid systems without appreciably increasing viscosity. AMC EZEE PAC L™ will not fisheye and has been designed to disperse rapidly into any make-up water even under the poorest conditions. The mixing efficiencies of AMC EZEE PAC L™ reduces wastage and promotes lower mud costs and total hole costs.

AMC EZEE PAC R™ is a new generation, highly dispersive high quality polyanionic cellulose polymer used for viscosity and water loss control in most water based drilling fluid systems. AMC EZEE PAC R™ will not fisheye and has been designed to disperse rapidly into any make up water even under the poorest conditions. The mixing efficiencies of AMC EZEE PAC R™ reduces wastage and promotes lower mud costs and total hole costs.

AMC EZEE TROL™ is a new generation, highly dispersive, versatile blend of cellulosic and organic polymers which form a high viscosity fluid that exhibits good hole stabilising characteristics in all types of drilling applications. AMC EZEE TROL™ will not fisheye and has been designed to disperse rapidly into any make-up water, even when only basic mixing equipment is available

LCM

SEAL FORCE

Seal FORCE super absorbents are cross-linked, insoluble, organic, acrylamide copolymers designed to swell in the presence of water to plug up pores and fractures causing Inadvertent returns. Seal FORCE polymers are capable of absorbing between 50 ~ 350 times their own weight of water while remaining as separate individual particles. The absorption of water causes the particles to swell to a volume much greater than their original size. Once absorbed, the water is tightly bound and will not be released unless subjected to very high pressure, heat or certain chemicals.

AMC PLUG

AMC PLUG™ is a polymer in granular form that absorbs up to 500 times its original volume in water. AMC PLUG™ is ideal for sealing zones of lost circulation and can also be used to reduce rod vibration in holes where lost returns are a problem.

MAGMA FIBER

MAGMA FIBER is a specially formulated extrusion of spun mineral fibre. The long, flexible fibres will reduce seepage and lost circulation by bridging and plugging off voids, fractures and all types of permeable formation.

pH Control

AMC SODA ASH

SODA ASH is a free flowing powder also known as sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) used in a fluid system to precipitate calcium (hardness) and increase alkalinity (pH).

AMC GEL XTRA™ is a modified premium grade Wyoming sodium bentonite formulated to ensure ease of mixing with superior mud making qualities in fresh water. AMC GEL XTRA™ is designed for use in mineral exploration, water well and directional drilling operations.

SuperGel X

SUPER GEL-X is an easy mixing, high viscosity 200 bbl yield freshwater drilling fluid produced from the highest grade Wyoming sodium bentonite. SUPER GEL-X is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60, Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals – Health Effects.

HydroGel Plus

HYDROGEL® PLUS is a High Performance Bentonite with a unique formula making it a very effective viscosifier. This premium grade beneficiated Wyoming Bentonite is specifically designed for use with mud recycling systems on large HDD Bores.
